Peter has primarily worked with CEOs, Executives and Senior Managers who are often facing challenges with strategic, leadership and business changes. He is known for his highly pragmatic and practical approach to coaching. His years of hands-on experience in corporates enable him to ask focused and direct questions to enhance his clients’ thinking.
Peter holds a Diploma in Practitioner Coaching. He is further qualified in The Hay Group’s Emotional & Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) and Gary Norton & Associates’ Emotional Maturity Inventory, both EQ/EI Assessment models; is a Certified Level 1 Qualified Strengths Deployment Inventory Facilitator from Personal Strengths South Africa (SDI is the cornerstone tool of Relationship Awareness Theory) and is a Neurozone Certified Coach. Peter has extensive experience in executive and business coaching, across a variety of companies and industries.
The client relationship is of the highest importance to Peter and reflected in his coaching framework and model CARE. By providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment, clients can explore solutions. Peter has worked entirely in the service industry and knows just how much gets done on the foundation of a trusting and respectful relationship between people.
